GOLDSTARCNC is committed to providing high-quality CNC machinery and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are our warranty policies for our machines:

Dealer Machinery Warranty:

GOLDSTARCNC offers a one-year warranty for new CNC machines purchased from our company. Warranty coverage is activated by registering the machine with GOLDSTARCNC within 30 days of purchase. Our warranty ensures that new machines purchased from GOLDSTARCNC are free from any defects in terms of workmanship, parts, and materials as determined by our team.

If a manufacturing defect is found, GOLDSTARCNC is committed to repairing or replacing the affected parts at no additional cost. To make use of the warranty, customers must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service and ensure to include this number when returning any defective parts or components. It is important to note that the defective item or part must be returned to GOLDSTARCNC along with the corresponding complaint.

When returning machines and parts to Gold Star CNC, it is the customers’ responsibility to ensure they are properly packaged to prevent possible damage during transportation. In the event that it is determined that the item or part has been damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning, or misuse/abuse, the customer will bear the costs of replacement and associated shipping expenses.

This limited warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, acts of terrorism, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance or cleaning, accidents, negligence, improper dust collection, misuse/abuse, or unauthorized repairs or alterations performed by third parties.

Requesting an RMA number is solely for referencing materials and issues and does not guarantee acceptance or warranty compliance.

CNC Limited Warranty Policy:

New CNC machines sold by GOLDSTARCNC come with a one-year warranty from the date of shipment. GOLDSTARCNC guarantees that all new machines sold are free from manufacturing defects, workmanship, parts, and materials. We will repair or replace, at no cost, any part determined by GOLDSTARCNC to be a manufacturer’s defect.

In the event that it is determined that the defective item/part is damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning, or misuse/abuse, the customer will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item/part, in addition to all related shipping expenses.

Natural disasters, acts of terrorism, normal wear and tear, product failure due to lack of maintenance or cleaning, damages caused by accidents, negligence, lack of dust collection or improper dust collection, misuse/abuse, as well as damages incurred when repairs or modifications have been attempted or made by third parties, are not covered by this limited warranty.

GOLDSTARCNC assumes no responsibility for additional tools or modifications sold or made by third parties (other than Gold Star CNC) on any of our woodworking machines.

Adding such tools and/or modifications may void the warranty, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Software purchased through GOLDSTARCNC is not covered by this warranty. All technical support and licensing related to the software must be handled directly with the software provider.

Normal alignment, adjustment, calibration, and setup processes performed by the user are not included in this warranty. It is the user’s responsibility to understand basic adjustments and procedures for woodworking machines and to properly maintain the equipment according to the guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

GOLDSTARCNC is not liable for loss of profits caused by an inoperable machine or one requiring repair.

Spindles and bearings are not covered by the warranty in cases of severe conditions or operation outside the recommended duty cycle.

Parts covered by the warranty will be shipped by GOLDSTARCNC via a common carrier, FedEx Ground, or similar service, at no cost to the customer. Technical support for the installation of replacement parts is primarily provided through phone, fax, email, or Gold Star CNC’s customer support website.

The user is responsible for the labor required for the installation of replacement parts.

GOLDSTARCNC is not responsible for damages or losses caused by a freight carrier or other circumstances beyond our control. All claims for lost or damaged goods must be notified to GOLDSTARCNC within twenty-four hours of delivery.

We recommend contacting our Customer Service Department for additional information. Please note that this warranty only applies to NEW machines sold to the original owner. Exclusions of Laser Warranty:

Damage to the laser head or optical cable due to lack of volume or the presence of contaminated assist gas.

Damage to components caused by misuse or lack of proper maintenance and cleaning.

Operation of the machine by untrained personnel.

Utilization of the machine beyond its capabilities or outside its recommended duty cycle.

Do not use distilled or deionized water as it will void the warranty of the power supply, cooler, and laser head.

 Optical failure due to retroreflection errors will void the warranty of the power supply and optical components.

 It is necessary to maintain and operate the machine in a suitable environment to maintain the validity of the warranty.

 GOLDSTARCNC is not responsible for additional tools or modifications sold or made by third parties (other than Gold Star CNC) on any of our woodworking machines. The warranty may be voided with the addition of such tools and/or described modifications, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 Normal alignment, adjustment, calibration, and configuration performed by the user are not covered by this warranty.

 Warranty-covered parts are shipped at the expense of GOLDSTARCNC through a common carrier such as FedEx or another similar method. Technical support for the installation of spare parts is primarily provided via telephone, fax, email, or Gold Star CNC’s customer support website. However, it is the responsibility of the user to provide the necessary labor for the installation of the spare parts.

 GOLDSTARCNC assumes no responsibility for damages or losses caused by a freight carrier or other external circumstances beyond our control. In the event of loss or damage to goods, it is important to notify GOLDSTARCNC within twenty-four hours of delivery so that we can take appropriate action. We recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible to report any delivery-related issues.
