Terms of Sale:

Any sales or orders placed constitute a legally binding contract between the Customer and GOLDSTARCNC . By making a purchase or order, the Customer tacitly accepts the contractual terms of sale. Said contract will be interpreted and governed in its entirety according to the substantive laws of the state of Florida, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws.

Any defective product must be returned with the authorization number (RMA) provided previously by GOLDSTARCNC. If the customer proceeds to return an item for an exchange, a 25% restocking fee will apply for inventory replacement. GOLDSTARCNC reserves the right to modify product descriptions and prices without prior notice, according to its sole discretion. All sales transactions will be interpreted and governed entirely according to the substantive laws of the state of Florida, irrespective of any other legal principles.
