Parts and Accessories
Parts and accessories purchased directly through GOLDSTARCNC (www.goldstarcnc.us, phone call, etc.) must be returned within 60 days of purchase. To make a return, please contact the company via phone number: +1 (786) 400-0910.
Machines
Machines newly purchased through GOLDSTARCNC are warranted for one year from the date of shipment. Machines sold through dealers must be registered with GOLDSTARCNC within 30 days of purchase to be covered by this warranty. GOLDSTARCNC is committed to ensuring that all new machines sold are free of any manufacturing defects as well as defective parts and materials.
In the event that a manufacturing defect is identified in any part of the machine, GOLDSTARCNC agrees to repair or replace such part at no additional cost. However, it is necessary that the defective item or part be returned to GOLDSTARCNC along with the appropriate complaint.
If it is determined that the item or part has been damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning and/or misuse or abuse by the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the costs associated with replacement of the item or part, as well as related shipping costs.
This limited warranty does not cover the following: natural disasters, acts of terrorism, normal wear and tear of the product, failure due to lack of maintenance or cleaning, damage caused by accidents, negligence, lack of or improper dust collection, as well as misuse, abuse or damage resulting from repairs or alterations performed or attempted by third parties. These specific scenarios are excluded from warranty coverage.
Returns and Replacements
You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our Customer Service Department before sending any items back to GOLDSTARCNC .
Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. No merchandise will be accepted without a valid RMA number. When a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is issued, the customer has 30 days to return the part; otherwise, that number is cancelled and the return will not be accepted. No merchandise will be accepted without an RMA number.
Be sure to obtain the appropriate RMA number before proceeding with the return to ensure a smooth experience. If an item is requested to be returned without proper approval, a 25% restocking fee will be applied in addition to round-trip shipping charges. GoldStarCNC, Inc. is not responsible for any additional tools or modifications sold or made (other than those provided by GoldStarCNC, Inc.) to any of our woodworking machines. In the event that such tools and/or modifications described are added, the warranty may be voided, this decision being evaluated by GOLDSTARCNC , Inc. on an individual basis and depending on the circumstances.
User Responsibilities and Technical Support
The warranty does not include alignment, adjustment, calibration and setup performed by the user. The user is responsible for understanding basic procedures and machine configurations. Parts covered under warranty are shipped at GOLDSTARCNC’s expense, using common carrier services such as FedEx or similar methods.
Technical support for the installation of replacement parts is provided primarily through telephone, email or web site communication with GoldStarCNC’s Customer Support Department. It is the responsibility of the user to carry out the work necessary for the installation of such spare parts.
GoldStarCNC assumes no responsibility for damage or loss caused by carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.
Claims and Contact
Any claims relating to loss or damage of goods must be reported to GoldStarCNC no later than twenty-four (24) hours after delivery. We recommend that you contact our Customer Service Department for additional information and to proceed appropriately in these cases.
